Second Bachelor Admission Requirements
Cal State East Bay is accepting applications from students who have already earned the equivalent of a US bachelor’s degree for select 撸撸视频 (excluding Art, Biology, and Computer Science).

Second Bachelor Applications are being accepted for most in-person undergraduate 撸撸视频 as well as the online-only Business Administration program.
The following majors are not accepting applications at this time:
- Art
- Biology
- Computer Science

Please see accepted tests of English proficiency on the English Proficiency requirements page. Please note that 2nd bachelor's degree applicants must meet the minimum scores for graduate students.
An official transcript showing graduation with a bachelor’s degree from a U.S. college or university, or an international college or university in a country where English is the official language, as indicated on our English proficiency requirement website above, will also fulfill the requirement.
