Project IMPACT

Project IMPACT is a federally funded TRIO student support services program that promotes the academic success of students with disabilities. We are committed to encourage undergraduate scholars to persist in college through graduation by offering retention enhancing services such as one-on-one coaching/tutoring, academic and wellness counseling, and skill-building workshops. By fostering a closely knit learning community of learners, students are encouraged to become self-directed learners who take personal responsibility for their education and persist to become academic achievers. 

What is TRiO?

Our nation has asserted a commitment to providing educational opportunity for all Americans regardless of race, ethnic background or economic circumstance. In support of this commitment, Congress established a series of 撸撸视频 to help low-income Americans enter college, graduate and move on to participate more fully in America’s economic and social life. These 撸撸视频 are funded under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 and are referred to as the TRIO Programs. While student financial aid 撸撸视频 help students overcome financial barriers to higher education, TRIO 撸撸视频 help students overcome class, social and cultural barriers to higher education.
